Happy Spring!

In honor of the first day of spring I made a Peeps cake. OK, so that wasn't really the reason. I had egg whites to use up and I saw these purple Peeps and couldn't resist the temptation to stick them on top of a cake.

Easily entertained. Yeah, that's me.

    Very cute! I used purple and pink Peeps two years ago to decorate Lauren's first birthday cake and "Peep"cakes. Everyone loved it. You can't help but smile when you see a Peepcake! :)

    If my husband sees this I'll be making a "peep cake" also. His fave is angel-food cake and he really like "peeps"! any color will do....
